I'm glad that all the technical issues of Odin Sphere are gone but upset that it isn't a RPG.

Thanks for the impressions. They were all over the place, but it's still great to get information on this game in a language I can understand.

I'm betting that with one of the pink/blue options you selected the game mode. You should try starting a new game with the blue options and see if the gameplay changes.

well, I'm lvling up and upgrading stuff and making money etcetc(cooking, finding and buying mats, blahblah) so it does have the RPG system, and battles are also random encounters.

Nice reading, thanks Valkyria00! I can't wait to get my hands on this beauty.
Shorter loading times and no framerate drops sounds good to me too :)

I still dont think its an RPG. Its has RPG elements like Zelda II and other things but its not an RPG.

I also dont consider those random battles. Random battles pop in an annoying random places. These battles appear when your scrolling through the battlefield basically.

it's random encounter though, you can just run back and forth, wait, which mode are you playing?

Why is she straddling her... sword?

Why not?

Seriously, this game looks awesome, and sounds like so much fun, i cannot wait to pick this up, day 1 purchase for sure... at least that's what i'd like to say. You see, living in Europe, you really don't know what's coming and when. According to Wiki, this'll be out in EU sometime in 2010, and if this turns out to be true, i'm going to be so angry.

How technical is your game?

Great Review, shame that we probably wont see it released in PAL.

It's already confirmed for Europe. Rising Star Games will bring it over. They'll probably release all Marvelous games here.

Thanks for the impressions! Can't wait, sounds like a magnificent game. I'm glad there's some focus on story/NPC/Towns etc, and not all action.

I seem to be interested in a lot that Rising Star is publishing here considering I had never heard of them before No More Heroes.

I will definately end up with NMH and NMH:Desperate Struggle.... and probably both this and Little Kings Story too.

Thanks for the summary. This game looks awesome and I have high hopes the gameplay will match the fantastic graphics.
