Well, for me... the wii has the best line up so far, not just this year. So..... yeah, at the end it all comes down to opinions

| Soriku said: lmao, I even said "IMO" and he starts acting like PS3/360 library > Wii library is a fact. Keep in mind my favorite genre is RPGs and there's more RPGs this year for the Wii than the PS3/360. |
Really?
With FFXIII now dated for Winter 2009 I'm not sure Nintendo want to release their biggest hit in the same time frame ( I guess Sept-November is ok, December-January probably isn't). In Japan that is...
@Soriku.... So you favor RPGs...there are like 3 RPGs on the Wii, and they are not really the best reviewed... quite the small bunch they are. What have you been playing my friend?
I'm not saying JRPGs (which I presume is what you refer to as RPGs) are the most common this generation, but even so the X360 still has more and better RPGs than the Wii (ask around, not my opinion). And yes, there are 2 or maybe 3 interesting RPGs still to be confirmed for 2009 for the Wii : Arc Rise Fantasia, and a couple of Square-Enix works. Phantom Brave is coming up shortly. That's nice for 2009. I just wonder what RPGs you've been furiously playing on the Wii until now (along with furiously posting on this site) ? 2009 seems to be a good year for JRPGs on the Wii, nothing spectacular, but since past years was almost nothing it seems miles better. PS3 is getting White Knight Chronicles and Tales of Vesperia "complete", Cross Edge, and The Last Renmant, no too shabby I guess on the JRPG department.
^well, let's see how that happy bunch of future promises does.
And again, using metacritic doesn't prove anything. It's about your taste. My favorite game this gen is Fire Emblem which scored under 80%. If you like Mario you need a Wii, if you like Gears you need a 360, if you like MGS4 you need a PS3. Simple as that.
^And that's why you also have a 360. For Wii players, the Wii offers "enough" as you just said. For the rest of us (including yourself) we need more.
Wii Sports Resort is enough to keep the casual crowd happy and thus sales high. A few colours and bundles, plus 1 or 2 core games (Pikmin 3 & Kirby Wii hopefully) will make up for any decline. No game is going to better Wii Sports Resort sales wise except maybe Wii Sports.

How do you know it's not the other way around?
MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.
