Pick up SO4 if not for it being miles better compared to IU do it for the horiffic characters and cut scenes. *shudders*

SO4 was great and the characters are not bad in any sense. The VOs are bad, the characters are normal JRPG Final Fantasy/Star Ocean esqe characters. The cut scenes do need work, but again, are not bad. The pacing is all over the place though.

 I can understand that but Is till think that the score for IU is way too high(Lost Odyssey's is about right maybe a few .1's too high but good overall). Your review only talked about the good things in IU with basically no reference in it to  all the negative aspects of it, which is why I spoke out when d2lewis said your review made him want to buy the game.

@deotoxslayer, the reason i didnt mention the negative effects the game has, is because i didnt find them really that noticeable or that they took anything away from the actual gameplay. its also like in star ocean 4:the last hope, i really liked the game alot and i know alot of ppl didnt.

Meh its ok. The first half of the game is a 9 and the last half is a 7.

They had some cool ideas, but by the time the "poison" rain was introduced the game started to go down hill.

idk a 9.2 is a bit high. Its definatly better than the 5 that it got but i would say somewhere around a 7. its good if your a big fan of JRPGs but if your not i would pass on it

I would say 7.2 out of 10 would be generous to this game. It thoroughly deserves its 65% average review scores on metacritic.

9.2 out of 10 that is just ridiculous.

@numonex, my score i think is fair. i know alot of ppl who didnt and i also know alot of ppl who really liked it like myself.
