Its a fight between Final Fantasy X, Digital Devil Saga 2 and Tales of the Abyss for me.

Disgaea 1 and 2, Final Fantasy X, Persona 3 (didn't play 4 yet), Tales of the Abyss, Digital Devil Saga 1 and 2, Suikoden 3-5, Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, Odin Sphere, Shadow Hearts 1-3 and a lot more. Did i miss some?

For story, Xenosaga. Of course, all three, it was one story, after all. Too bad, that gameplay wasn´t THAT good.

Next good stories: ToA, DDS (1+2), P4, FFX.
