Forums - Nintendo - EFFF you Ubi, and your Petz.

I'm sorry, but that was one of the most immature things I've ever read. Here's how I imagine the conversation:

Mom: "Oh, that games look cute. I love dogs, and-"

LCEC: "ZOMG, NO!!! IT'S SHOVELWARE! YOU'RE SO STUPID! ALMOST AS STUPID AS UBISOFT WHO ALWAYS DIARRHEAS THEIR GAMES!"

Seriously, of course you haven't seen a No More Heroes commercial. The game came out more than a year ago. I never saw a commercial for Gears of War, so does that mean it wasn't advertised? Don't treat your mom like she's stupid just because she thinks a game looks appealing. She obviously isn't a skilled elitist who has negative views of any game outside her appeal.

The saddest part of this thread was you probably expected most of the people posting to agree with you.

Kids at that age also like to "Play" games when their controllers have no batteries still.

They are 9, not 3.

You should be beaten, burned to ashes then someone should throw your ashes from a plane

@Montana:

With the commercial they put up, they could just have put a cartridge with just a puppy pickture inside the game... I wouldn't mind as much, as long as they actually showed the game... It's one step above false-advertising.

BTW, what about Halo 3? Do you consider it "hardcore"? Well almost everyone at my school plays it, and they are nowhere near "hardcore". Halo 3 had a huge marketing campaign, and got many casual gamers to buy it. Same w/ CoD4.

As I remember, the Halo Wars commercial was entirely CGI. Does that mean that it was a bad game and that Microsoft was trying to deceive people?

And why are you asking me about Halo 3, as if you think I give a crap? I at least hope you've apologized to your mother since you last wrote this thread.

@ L.C.E.C. My four year old nephew would disagree with you. He has Petz Sports and thinks that it's great. I might not want it and you might not want it but kids love this stuff. I don't see any problem with Ubisoft making games targeted at children. They like playing videogames too.
