you almost have to expect it with any XBox help topic.

Try using the cord of a "charge and play kit". It syncs your controller to the console, too.

never heard of that fault, i currently have a controller fault but i use a work around.

basically my plug and charge doesnt hold charge, so i use my wireless controller like a wired version. works when plug and charge is plugged into 360.

My son has the same problem, not holding a charge. Someone told us it was because we bought the Nyko charge kit instead of the MS one. Thats what I get for trying to save a few bucks I guess.

Its just lost connection. If the controllers work on your friends you may have to re synch them.

The only possible total fail is if the wireless connectivity to your Xbox is broken.

To test this take one of your friends controllers to your Xbox and try synching.

No joy means that the Xbox 360 is no longer able to support wireless gaming devices. If its under warranty just get it fixed.

Have to be honest the tech is fairly fool proof on this and rarely if ever fails. Are you sure your not doing something silly here.

You know you have to Synch both the controller and the Xbox together yeh ?
