What I want to know is what magical place would only have girls in the game store.

Not to mention how neat that store looks. My local Gamestop looks like ass. It has Rockband 2 and GH:WT special edition boxes taking up like 20% of the store.

this is one of the many reasons i don't buy new games from gamespot.

Same, when they first tried to sell me a used piece of shit game as a new, I was absolutely shocked. I couldn't believe that they were allowed to do that.

I hope these guys go down hard.

WRONG IS WRONG. THEY WILL FINALLY PAY!!!

Ugh... It shouldn't be done... And ironically, that's exactly what was happening on launch night for GH:Metallica... A guy was having an argument because they tried to sell it off to him opened because he was first in line. The guy was like "I can wrap it for you, it's just the same"... But the guy wouldn't have it... and after seeing the customer get his way, neither would anyone else... So GameStop got stuck with a "new" USED copy of GH:Metallica, until they get got some other sucker.

thats why i never pay the price for a "new game" from them b/c its a "used" game and calling it anything else is a lie

Ugh, I don't like shopping at Gamestop because if stuff like this. I might consider going back to TRU. *Sigh* if only I was close enough to a Gamecrazy

Like when I bought my car. The moment I drove it off the lot the thing lost value.

Same should apply here. The moment they open it up and remove them from the casing the game loses value and should not be sold at full retail price.

i mean what is the point for paying full price when the same thing is sitting on the shelf for 5-10 bucks less?

i mean really?

That reminds me, last summer I saw a used copy of MGS4 for approx $50 and the "new" copy for $60 and said to myself, Wtf? you're better off with the newer copy (if it's actually new >_>). Then again this is GameStop...
