On another thread, I had this conversation with anoter user and try to figure out. Which game is the best between Perfect Dark and Goldeneye ?

For me, there is no doubt in my mind that Goldeneye is the better game. Everything was so perfect. Perfect Dark had some framerate problem and was trying to capture the Bond atmosphere with no succes...

So what do you think ? Perfect Dark or Goldeneye ?

Perfect Dark. It's basically the Half-Life of the N64!

I thought Perfect Dark was better for Singleplayer and Bond for Multiplayer.

The weapons in Perfect Dark were awesome but broken vs other people.

Then again bots were great when short handed... or if you wanted a multiplayer enviroment without multiplayers.

Why all games don't have bots i'll never know.

Without the framework it made, Perfect Dark wouldn't have been as good as it is/was.

Goldeneye. Prefect Dark gave me motion sickness with its speedy walking actions...

loved goldeneye, but I felt the visuals on perfect dark were better and the multiplayer was way more intense. Loved the endless customizable options and the ability to use bots. single player campaign was better as well.

Goldeneye has the better single player campaign by far...however Perfect Dark had the best multiplayer ---------tons of levels, tons of weapons which you could customize in any game, it had bots so you and friends could be on the same team, it had challenges, it had milestones for your character, it had many different modes, it also had much more but ill end it at that--the only thing really missing from Perfect Dark's multiplayer is online but we can't really fault it for that can we

final verdict: Goldeneye for single player, but Perfect Dark for multiplayer

perfect dark and it's not even a close contest. took everything that was good bout goldeneye and perfected it.

Perfect Dark hands up and down!
