MGS4 is still the best lookin game on PS3, Uncharted 2 and inFamous look to eclipse that though.
Uncharted 2 will be the best looking thing on any console to date though.

What? Have you seen both games? MGS4 easily surpasses inFamous for graphics in every facet - lighting, smoke and particles, etc.

Ive got MGS4, and ive seen enough of inFamous to know that it will look amazing.
Although... if it was the same kind of game as MGS4 id rate MGS4 higher, just the fact that inFamous looks so good in such a big scape... with so much happening, i feel it will be the first game to look better than MGS4.

There is plenty of room left in the PS3 yet. 2 years time you will see what I mean.

I don't know, Killzone 2 IMO is easily the best looking, realistically. Uncharted is the best looking artistically, once again, IMO. I say MGS4 has the best looking character models, though. Still, there's so much left to tap into, it's only going to go up from here.

The amount of detail in MGS4 surpasses any game imo.
But when YOU replied... it brought Heavy Rain to my head, that also looks like it will surpass MGS4.

KZ2 already seems to trade off response time for better graphics (probably doing some triple buffering or heavy pipelining like GOW 3 is apparently doing, which is one the easiest ways to use more Cell cores without much effort).
I'm sure PS3 developers will do some improvements but it seems they're already running into roadblocks and using these cheap tricks for performance. This probably means it's uphill from now on.

Come on now. The KZ2 response time issue doesnt exist. That has been proven countless times on VGChartz that it's NO different from the response times in Halo 3 and other FPS's. KZ2 is just different controls. :)
