My Xbox 360 was made in Jan 2006. It has RRODed twice, but fortunately it was fixed for free by MS. I don't how long it will last.
I will probably go get an Aracde version when it dies.
Yes this sucks balls.

This has never happened to me before, 6th generation I lost 1 PS2 and that's it. This generation I've lost a PS3 and a Xbox 360. Interesting? My Wii has fallen once on the floor and once in a trash bin (both times due to someone tripping on the GC controller cord), and it survived. I don't know if I'm just lucky, but it seems at least one of the consoles can take a beating.

She was a stout girl, dispite being one of first xbox 360's that ever was recieved and enjoyed. She lived a long life, knowing full well that a condition loomed over her that would one day claim her life. The Red Ring of Death. Now, after nearly 3 and a half years of gaming. She couldn't take it anymore, and gave into the condition that took many many xbox 360's before her. I bid her my final farewell as I now have only one xbox 360 to enjoy. My beefier and far superior xbox 360 elite. Who is a much younger model and comes in that sexy black. You're right ! My Wii has never died ;)
My 360 is a launch window Pro and still kickin' it strong. Here's to hoping that it doesn't break too.
Now if only your grammar and punctuation wasn't as broken as your 360. =p

it's amazing how so many people don't read past the thread title. You could at least read the OP people.
Man the RROD is like cancer for the 360. Sucks for your 360 hope she had *insurance*

that cause the Wii is not as much complex as the X360.

There isn't a single post in this thread that even shows evidence of that happening. Did YOU read past the thread title?
@ PullusPardus - Quite the contrary, actually. The 360 may have more advanced technology, but it has a FAR less complex design infrastructure. The Wii is MUCH more complex inside that box than the 360.
I don't know about the PS3, haven't taken one apart yet. =|

did you read smoked sausage's post? The OP clearly states they still have an xbox 360 elite. I was commenting on that post and in general on these forums. I evidently can read better then you it seems.
