P.S - I've also noticed something with this generation, Two of my consoles have broke this generation. This has never happened to me before, 6th generation I lost 1 PS2 and that's it. This generation I've lost a PS3 and a Xbox 360. Interesting? You'll think with advancing technology, the technology would become more reliable.

Today, my first Xbox 360. The first of two that I've had the pleasure of enjoying, and had a immense amount of fun with. Has died. She was a stout girl, dispite being one of first xbox 360's that ever was recieved and enjoyed. She lived a long life, knowing full well that a condition loomed over her that would one day claim her life.

Now, after nearly 3 and a half years of gaming. She couldn't take it anymore, and gave into the condition that took many many xbox 360's before her. I bid her my final farewell as I now have only one xbox 360 to enjoy. My beefier and far superior xbox 360 elite. Who is a much younger model and comes in that sexy black.

My Wii has fallen once on the floor and once in a trash bin (both times due to someone tripping on the GC controller cord), and it survived. I don't know if I'm just lucky, but it seems at least one of the consoles can take a beating.

There isn't a single post in this thread that even shows evidence of that happening. Did YOU read past the thread title?

@ PullusPardus - Quite the contrary, actually. The 360 may have more advanced technology, but it has a FAR less complex design infrastructure. The Wii is MUCH more complex inside that box than the 360.

I don't know about the PS3, haven't taken one apart yet. =|
