I browsed through the text but didn't see Asimov's name mentioned, so I guess chances are slim that this is a game adaption of his work.

Oh, I was waiting for someone to point that out, I couldn't be the one who read it. One of the best books I've ever read

Using book as source material for a game's story is a great idea, especially if the book is great. I haven't played it but I heard nothing but good things about The Witcher.

I really doubt the game's based in the book, I'd think that they're simply unoriginal with the titles. Even in the rare event that it's based on it, it must be very loosely inspired because there are no teenagers, no preachers and no actual combat. But an RPG heavily based on time travel would be great.
Though the title of the book is The End of Eternity

when was the last time a company other than Square enix published a Tri-Ace game ? well i guess never (Enix published on ps1)
this game reminds me a lot of the shadow hearts series, dont know why, and the female looks a lot like Alicia from valkyrie profile 2,,,
SEGA IS ON A ROLL THESE DAYSSSSSS,, finally Tri-ace on Ps3,

You're right, Tri Ace its publisher has always been (Square) Enix. This is really remarkable. As Square Enix rather dump us PS fans and go all kissing and hugging with MS, perhaps TA has said we want to make a multiplatform game, but SE didn't want to publish on both platforms, as too much money bills were sticking down their arses. So Sega came to the rescue and said... we'll do it for ya!

The main fact is no matter how American tri-Ace tries yo make their games, the are very much a Japanese game and SE west breakthrough was preventing them from catering their eastern fanbasd where there much more popular.

Roffle Versus isn't going to outscore XIII. It won't even outscore XII. |
You realize that FFXII is one of the highest reviewed FFs right?
@Xxian yeah that was also my thinking, but somehow I had to mention my other option
