I think that this could be one of those titles that will start out slowly on sales, but then slowly find its way up to 1 million in sales. On the other hand if this game turns out to be totally amazing and it gets good advertising strategy along with great word of mouth then I could see it topping out at 1.5 million.

Maybe this game can draw movie goers who bought the PS3 for movies with the convenience of playing games.

This game is pretty much a wild card and can go many ways. It can be Great/Good/Average/Bad/Ugly in terms of sales.

I personally just hope it breaks the 1 mil mark and eventually hit 2 mil. Alot of us doubted Uncharted but look at it now lol.

I think it will do poor to begin with , but when people finally see game play footage and everyones high opinion of it, i think it will sell loads in the long run ,and will be a must have in the playstation collection

Here is the sad reality that my mind is painting for this game.

It is only being made for one console. (-1)

It is being made for the lowest selling console so far this generation. (-1)

Many gamers have no desire for anything that has to do with reality or simulation. (-1)

Many gamers have no desire to play anything that is not packed with tons of killing, explosions, and blood. (-1)

Many gamers feel that any game that trys to tell a story is a movie and therefore below them, and their massive egos. (-1)

The audiance this game is made for (socities so called mature audiance) are people that for the most part, are unwilling to accept games. (-1)

So, sadley, although this is the kind of game I have been waiting for since the Playstation came out and proved that games could be about more than fantasy, and killing. I feel that I am a very small percentage of the human race that has any desire to experance this kind of event. That is not to say that their is anything wrong with other games, or high paced action. I just feel that it is important for all of us at some times in our life to sit back, and enjoy a slow emotional story without the need for all the over the top holywood stunts. In my opinion, a wide varitey of interests is something that is very important in life, but I could be wrong. In any case to me this game looks like it could be the Shawshank Redimption of games, and if that is the case, this could become my favorite game of all time.
