They partialy do - you can see small filter put on the whole screen in anime which tries to emulate the effect.

well i will wait for streaming version and i hope it won't turn out to be like FullMetal Alchemist 2 which was a huge let down for me(i hoped for sequel to the anime and not let's retell FMA story)

hmm i was hoping it'd be a different plot than the game since i've been concidering buying it to play through.. well i guess i'll wait a little and concider my options.

Oh HOT DAMN, at first I was a bit put off by the Animation but by the end of the first episode I am already 100% hook, this series is ace. Thank god Sega brought the best gaming expiriencing for a long long time and thank them again for this wonderful anime.
