how long did it take ff12 to come out when first announced or screens?

if we have to wait like for 3 years for this game from now, i'll pass on streamless world and give me a map i run around on.

This has nothing to do with you previous post??

the only thing i'm worried about is by having a seamless world (which is great) that the game may be shorter because more time has to be spent on the environments that are in between the locations.

I imagine it would actually be longer since you don't have the undetailed world map that lets you walk from one town to the next in about 30 seconds.

A seamless world would take longer to get around in.

yea but i'm afraid tha tbecaue of the work needed ot make it all seamless that instead of 50 towns and dungeons there are only 25, or if they do keep the same huge numebr and all then we might have to wait till 2011, instead of 2010 for this game

He is saying that a seemless world requires more development time on the areas you are traversing than does a world map, so this could lead to a smaller world in total since they don't want to spend that much time developing the same size map in more detail.  You said that FF12 did fine, and he is saying that FF12 had a huge amount of time for development, so that could be why.

...

The game is comfired for early 2010

The game is coming out this year (in Japan at least) so I don't know what you're talking about.

And 50 towns roffle.

i bet in tales of symphonia there are close to 50 towns and dungeons. when i said 50 towns and dungeons i didn't mean 50 towns, i meant them together.

threres probably 20 towns between both worlds and i'm guessing at least that many dungeons but figure more dungeons so put at 30.

Looks great
Seamless world sounds very cool

And why the Arc Rise Fantasia hate? I'm looking forward to it. Not as much as this, but still.

It wouldn't surprise me. Several of Symphonia's dungeons are uninspired and recycled material.
