I used to think SE were the best, but this generation so far has changed that and i think i would have to think Insomniac are one of the best developers this gen!

Capcom? They are good, but there are so many holes in their management and game delivery that I cannot endorse them.

Sega only wins because everyone else is doing so much worse. Sega isn't infallible, but they are doing well for themselves this gen. And with Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games coming, they have another potential 5+million hit on their hands.

What has Rockstar done? Make the highest-rated (and most disappointing game) this generation? They have the DS GTA to make up for some of it, but they haven't released enough software to even be in contention.
