If you'll consider Mirror's Edge as an FPS, it could be one of my choices. I do love to use the guns there ;)

Other from that, I'll probably have to mention the original Half-Life, Quake 2, Goldeneye, Resistance 2 and Killzone 2.

If I have to choose just one, I'll choose Killzone 2, mostly because of the multiplayer.
