Me and him were talking about the wii, and then he decided to say "Yes thats why the 360 invented online gaming", and I asked him if he was sure about that statement, and he says "ofcourse the 360 made online gaming".

So I said, I thought the dreamcast was the first console to invent online gaming, he responded with a very crude message.. I dont think it would be good to post it.

So in other words, he wouldnt admit that the 360 was not the first console with online integration.

I decided to share this with you all because this MAY be my last post on this site, and that stupid argument came up.

It was the Dreamcast since Sega is just that great....But yeah the Dreamcast was the first Console to use online gameing....

Dreamcast will always be the first with Online.

So? I have some friends who think the Wii was the first console to ever have motion control in a game.

Its not strange, its just non-hardcore gamers. It happens. And uh, the PC started online gaming, not the Dreamcast. Dreamcast was the first home console with it.

Technically although not widespread the Saturn had online before the Dreamcast.

but the question is. did the dreamcast have good online, or was it a few select games that were buggy??
