Forums - Nintendo - Lots of Unlockables in Punch Out

It will have lots of unlockables

Especifically, Tanabe mentions Characters ( not sure if is new enemies or controllable characters) rings, challenges and even victory celebrations.

There will be a lot of extras outside the ring

They even had to take stuff out b/c it didn't fit in a normal DVD. First internal studio with space problem on wii

They focused more on Single player than Multi player. It's a game directed to traditional players, not new ones.

Ha... well, it looks like a port from the Nes game, huh???

Told ya

No, It's not a port, if it was they wouldn't have spend that much time developing it.

i now it's not a port... but some people here said it. They even made a thread about it. There was especially one person that say so many things about it, and that it was a port (he used a duck reference >_>) eventhough i told him that even nintendo said it wasn't a port.

Well there you have it, good news for people like me, who are waiting for this!!!

I keep wondering if it's a double-layered disc or if they just filled one layer and decided the overflow wasn't enough to justify a second layer. The disc reading problems of SSBB were certainly a PITA for Nintendo.

A Wii game with this much content just makes me think it's got tons of FMVs, which I don't find especially thrilling. :/
