I've had my fun so to be on topic it'll stay on PS3 and one of the reasons I bought a PS3, just in case XIII and Versus XIII turns out really good I'll have the only system with both.

How is it a "kick in the nuts" exactly? The game would still be released on the PS3, and you would still be able to buy it for the system. Nothing at all bad would happen from the consumer stand point quite honestly. There is no logical downside to all games being multi-platform. I am just one of those weird guys who thinks the majority of games should go to as many consoles as is feesible.
As for why they "lied" about it, well thats a matter of perspective. It wasn't a lie when viewed in the proper conetext. When they said the game was going to be exclusive those were the actual plans. The truth was that FFXIII was going to be released exclusively for the PS3. Eventuaslly the plans changed, and the thus the truth of the situation changed. There was never a lie since there was never any deception. it was a simple matter of a decision being changed for business reasons.
Well it is bad for Sony because less sales would go to them if it were multi....ie people who were going to buy ps3 for ffxiii wouldnt have to anymore because they can get it on x360....
I guess its just a matter of respect in a way because when SE said FFXIII was exclusive and then announced it as multiplatform (can be seen as deception) because of the extra $$ that MS was bringing its reducing the relationship between sony and SE
But if SE had announced that it was multi in the beginnning it wouldnt be so bad....Its just like how kojima kept mgs4 exclusive because of the respect of their relationship...
But i can see how circumstances can change and we can accept that....however because they reconfirmed vs as exclusive if they were to turn around on that huge respect is lost on thier part

KH3 will be PS3 EXCLUSIVE - willing to bet removal from vgchartz for a month

Where was the deception? When was the truth hidden? The work on the 360 version hasn;t even started. There were no plans for it to be multi-platform when it was announced as an exclusive. They have done nothing but tell the truth, and be clear on their intentions. Since the truth was never hiddenm then there was no deception.

square stated that versus is using a ps3 only engine and that it wont be used again, so i definatly know its deffo coming on ps3 first. mabey they will port it later who knows.
it all depends on if sony has exclusive deal with square which on ff13 they obviously didnt.

I think also that FF Versus XIII will definatly be a PS3 Exclusive...and i am more excited of FF Versus XIII then the normal XIII...Versus looks doper...but i hate the wait...i think Versus is gonna be released in 2011 for America and Europe!
