You guys realize that if this is true, the "Wii and PS3 are not competing" tag line will be utterly and officially void, right?  It never should've been entertained in the first place, but this would-be announcement would surely put that notion to bed for sure.

Y all the negitivity? I would love motion controls on the ps3 n any other console. The wiis great with it y not the PS360 too?

hmm...... Well if they do make it i'll get it :p Because once sony does something, they tend to do it right..

On another note sony had motion sensing before the wii mote so all the talk of ripoffs should stop. Especially concidering the sixaxis would have had to be in work for quite a while to get to a usable state.

Wii FPS controls in HD sounds fun.
Resident evil 5 with wii controls doesn't sound so bad either.
As long as it's an option and not a standard.

I REALLY hope this is true but also have IR and a nunchuck too. I want to play a FPS and a over the shoulder shooter with HD graphics, good online and some work put it to it for once.

The PS3 already has motion control. And the sick thing is it's pretty acurate. It's also useless. But then after playing MP3 I'm starting to think the Wii's is as well.
