The reason ps3 is selling less than less at this point is because last year it was coming off a price cut and sales were riding on that...now the price hasnt changed so obviously sales arnt as much

and vice versa for x360
last year had no price cut....this year had price cut and riding off that


and 50 now and 50 later wont make a big impact but 100 later will make a huge impact!

There will be no price drop and it isn't necessary. Let MS waste profitability trying to chase down the Wii. Sony should focus on profits and providing the best gaming experience available.

I like first party exclusives, I like the ability to play online for free, I like being able to play all of the multiplatform 3rd party games, I like the great exclusive PSN titles, I like continuous feature updates through firmware, and I even like dopey online services like Home. These are the things that define the Playstation experience, and it would just get watered down if Sony diverted capital to cut the price.

Being down YoY when the market is growing is a bad thing.
