There will be no price drop and it isn't necessary. Let MS waste profitability trying to chase down the Wii. Sony should focus on profits and providing the best gaming experience available.
I like first party exclusives, I like the ability to play online for free, I like being able to play all of the multiplatform 3rd party games, I like the great exclusive PSN titles, I like continuous feature updates through firmware, and I even like dopey online services like Home. These are the things that define the Playstation experience, and it would just get watered down if Sony diverted capital to cut the price.
