I was wondering why the iPhone/iPod Touch games are not in the game database.

just add iPod under the console list and I will fill her right up.

really though I just want to add my iPhone games to my game collection.

so why should we not have the iPod games in the database?

There's no reason not to have them in the database, but as I understand it, VG Chartz doesn't make the habit of adding games from machines that are primarily focused on other things.

Or you could say they only focus on console/handheld gaming machines.

Hard to track I'd assume since there is no physical media being sold.

Although something could probably be arranged with Apple (or the gamemakers) to share sales.

well, we are still missing plenty of consoles/systems. Our database is largely incomplete, and still needs massive amounts of work. Currently we are focusing on the consoles we track.

Also, you could ask why we don't have leapster games, or any of the other game systems that we don't have in the DB.

You might ask just as well that why VGC doesn't have any other mobile phones games in the database.

Though, it would really be interesting all the games for every device was included, but that wouldn't be even remotedly reasonable to expect.
