Bah, I don't even believe VGChartz has any kind of retail sources. It's all just calculated projections. Some of which are pretty accurate.

What's that got to do with me? I just stated that most people in here pissed down their pants cus the creator of this topic didnt understand sold vs shipped. STILL, these same people, managed to produce 4 pages of the exact same content! Which was "shipped vs sold" and "the enire MGS franchise"-arguments. Let this topic DIE already if you're so hostile towards these kinds of posts.

a) Claims it's for MGS4 only
b) Claims it sold to customers

4.5 million is shipped. Nooone knows what the actual real retail figures are for any game. All we have are educated estimates.
