So you're buying a DSi at the end. What about the Wii?

You won't be able to play any game that uses the GBA slot for expansion, like Guitar Hero or rumble. Suggestions: Advance Wars, Hotel Dusk, Picross, Zelda

      I still plan to get a Wii too.  Especially for the VC games that are on multiple systems because you can't play DS on tv.  Rumble is a big thing to be without imo, I didn't like the six-axis that much since it didn't have rumble.

Maybe one of the Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia

I'm going to work off your frame because if I'm left to my own devices I'll end up recommending over 50 games. There's more than five great games that came out in March of this year alone.

Look at the changes I've made to the list.

FF IV is better. So are more than a handful of other RPGs on DS like Chrono Trigger, The World Ends With You, Suikoden Tierkreis, Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time, and Pokemon Pearl/Diamond/Platinum. Also there are better strategy RPGs like Disgaea, Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume, and Fire Emblem. I don't think FF III should be a consideration until you've ventured through at least half that list.

Well, I didn't get the DSi. I have a bid on a DS on ebay right now. I looked at some of the DSi's on ebay and some of them have bids less than $130.00. IGN has a report out today about 4 new games coming to DSi Ware. Well, I'm going to shut this machine off and watch Rollin's Fiance of Dracula.
