Hello everyone, sorry if already posted, if not, please update sales.

Wow, Dark Cloud million seller ! Never expected it. Same for Dark cloud 2 with 900 000 units ! And so Rogue Galaxy doing fine with 760 000 units no ? Consequently i'm waiting the next chapter on ps3 Level 5 ! Also Vgchartz seems to track perfectly WKC. Unfortunately, Jeanne d'arc seems to be overtracked and so a failure.

PS : Forgive my english, i'm french.

WOW Good numbers....

Great numbers also for Jeanne d'arc why call it failure? its a strategy RPG and sold

better than most not to mention it had a really small budget, actually its one of the

most profitable games they released

Keep up the good work (and try choosing an avatar)

Because VG has it at 290 000, and it is only 220 000. I doubt that this game has been profitable. It is very poor numbers. In addition Why it didn't even come in others if it was largely profitable. I mean Level 5 translated all previous JRPG, it is expensive i understand, but simply release the same version that the US is really cheap.

shipped to retailers not sold ^^'... But in a way that is the same I guess?

I suppose that all the copy ship for Dark cloud have found a buyer (since the time), so in a way yeah it is the same thing if you see what i mean.

I get ur point, but theses games will make profit at 50K. i mean each of Disgaea series sold around 90K and it was very profitable (and got sequels)

also valkyria chronicle (which is 3d) made nice money in the 300K mark.

These games budget are so low that some is even less than a million

Yeh this was already posted before, check a few threads down from this one

It is not always true that sold will eventually equal shipped.

When software goes unsold, the companies will sometimes take it back from the retailers (probably they wait a few years after the game goes out of print)

The vast majority of the time of course, 99.9% of what is shipped will be sold eventually, but on occasion I would think some games that are massively over shipped might end up being partially recalled.

However it is highly unlikely.

Also I don't know why, but I think this is both a funny, and brilliant sentence:

"Forgive my english, i'm french."
