The other day I was kickin back on the couch, playing GTA IV on my HTPC in resolutions console owners could only dream of,

GTA IV on PS3: 640p

360: 720p

PC: 1280p  (though my TV only goes up to 1080p)

I was also downloading the movie "Iron Man" in full 1080p in the background. When I finished playing, my download was done too, so I watched Iron Man in the same resolution as Blu Ray. 

I'm feelin good about my investment :)

If only the Xbox 360 controller could control windows as well...

Since when does GTA ps3 run at 640p. In fact it's the only ps3 game I own that tells me it supports 720p in addition to 1080i and 1080p

I only had to look at Wikipedia to have the 640p confirmed.
And I had to look up the word "considerate" in the dictionary. Damn you Squilliam using words I don't know!!!

And no the truth doesn't hurt, but the tone of the OP did hurt me.

Well about a year ago I would have said "nice", but now.... who cares ? The game is old. You live in the past.

I played it already in April 08 when PC owners could only dream of it

console GTA IV is 98 on metacritic. pc GTA IV is 90. console GTA is so much better :p

That was really the case when the PC version has been released, because it has enormous system requirements. I think a patch fixed that by now.
