Forums - Gaming - Nomura to make a special announcement regarding kh next week!

I found this  on :

Tetsuya Nomura gave an interview with Famitsu recently, and gave some insights on 358/2 Days, KH Coded and news on the Kingdom Hearts series in general. You can see the transcript of the interview below:

QUOTE
"-Let’s chat about the directions you’ve taken with other titles. First from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.

Nomura: Development is in the last stage. It’s finally in debugging now. Since the game is set up in mission modes, if you only clear the required missions, the game can be played to the end in a short time period. However, if you complete everything, the volume of the title is exceeding. I’m excited about multiplayer mode. Without having a mission purpose, you’ll have fun competing with each other. (Laughs)

-How is the content of Kingdom Hearts Coded going on the mobile phone?

Nomura: Because it is being distributed in episodes, a certain number of them is created and the stock is guaranteed when the title is purchased.

-Thank you so much for your time. Is there anything else to add?

Nomura: I’m very excited in the direction these titles are moving in. Next week, we plan on making a special announcement regarding the Kingdom Hearts series - please look forward to it.

I bet it's that Kingdom Hearts III will be a Final Fantasy VII remake.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm,
according to Kotaku, sony are going to announce something on Tuesday, and now nomura said that there is an announcement next week! Could they be connected ? (KH3 on PS3 for example?),,, honestly i dont think so given the bitchslapping that sony is getting from SE recently, but KH on PS3 will be massive (mgs4 sold 700,000 in japan and we know that KH is bigger there, so 1 million in japan is possible),

Currently Playing: Final Fantasy XIII (PS3), White Knight Chronicles (PS3), PES 2010 (PS3), Killzone 2 (PS3)

Games to Finish: Silent hill Homecoming (PS3), Valkyria Chronicles (PS3), Oblivion (PS3)

Not really, because it can't be KHIII. Nomura and the rest of the KH team are currently stretched way too thin for that. I wouldn't even start looking for announcements until FFVsXIII is out the door.

My thoughts: the KH cell-phone game gets a WiiWare port. Not coded: that other one that not many people know even happened and even fewer people actually care about.

Complexity is not depth. Machismo is not maturity. Obsession is not dedication. Tedium is not challenge. Support gaming: support the Wii.

What do I hate about modern gaming? I hate tedium replacing challenge, complexity replacing depth, and domination replacing entertainment. I hate the outsourcing of mechanics to physics textbooks, art direction to photocopiers, and story to cheap Hollywood screenwriters. I hate the confusion of obsession with dedication, style with substance, new with gimmicky, old with obsolete, new with evolutionary, and old with time-tested.
There is much to hate about modern gaming. That is why I support the Wii.
