That doesnt' show a lot, as it is the total number of threads. All that really shows is how many threads were made. Considering almost all of them are dead now, it doesn't show a lot. (Gah, repeated myself)
If you do the same thing as I did in the OP with threads.
Thread 10K: 13/11/2007
Thread 20K: 9/3/2008. Took about 117 days.
Thread 30K: 16/6/2008. Took about 97 days. (17% more posts)
Thread 40K: 30/8/2008. Took about 74 days (23% more posts)
Thread 50K: 21/11/2008. Took about 81 days (10% less posts)
Thread 60K: 10/2/2009. Took about 79 days (2% more posts).
So the number of threads made have also been kinda on the same level over the past 6 months.
Conclusions: The forums aren't really growing.
I might check into the Off-topic growth... In reality, I believe "sales" is shrinking, as well as "Nintendo". I believe "gaming" is increasing, as well as Off-topic.
