Never been banned. Warned once, but I took that issue higher up the mod chain, and was allowed to continue. (It was for taking issue with StarCraft's "News" stories).

Never banned or warned even though a few of my threads that were locked probably should have at least gotten me a warning even though I didn't mean too much foul play.
