Never got banned. But got one warning (because I said the 360 avatars made me puke). And two or so warning because I was adding stuff to the game database in the wrong way, but that doesn't count.

i have been banned twice. oncew for flaming and i was permabanned once for alt ids(this one was perma-banned). thats right you cant kill dsister44 :D.
