Forums - Sales - Is Guitar Hero Metallica going to be a best seller?

Hell yes, everyone I know who have GH will buy that game.

Wich rockband is bigger then Metallica? by this I mean in todays world.

Hmm U2 is but I don't think they compete in exactly the same market.

I corrected it to Metallica being the 2nd biggest band.

Who you putting first Slimebeast?

Also Michael Jackson is way bigger in the pas twenty years.

Hell, Thriller alone outsold the entire Metallica library.

But yes, this game will (hopefully) be huge. No band in my mind is better for some serious guitar thrashing unless they bring out a lot more Hendrix and Cream and Zep.

Solo artists dont count as bands though. I never made that claim to begin with. You're not correct about Thriller selling 100 million copies, but obviously MJ is bigger than Metallica.

Those would be something now wouldn't they.  Metallica is much simpler to play IMHO.

I'd personally go with U2 on this one too. It is really a tough race!
