Dude, one cannot go a week without a Silence of the Lambs joke. I definitely made a joke using it a couple weeks ago.

A creepy customer came into my antique/resale shop and came up to the counter. He saw a decorative knife on display and asked to see it. He checked it out and left, but for the rest of the day my coworker and I made jokes how he's probably out to make a skin coat or something. Now his nickname is Buffalo Bill hehe.

Anyway, I love the music in Galaxy...it reminds me of all sorts of Mario games, but also reminds me of Banjo Kazooie sometimes.

I liked the bee world music, so calming, serene yet jolly and smiley 2 =)

HAHAHA thats great :) I don´t know why... most Thrillers don´t have that much potential for humor but Silence of the Lambs is just full of great scenes you can use in comic situations. My favorite use of it recently was in Clerks 2, I was literally having problems breathing because I laughed so hard :)

BTW, I had no Idea you worked in a antique shop, I would love woking at one of those (sure I bett it gets boring after a while) I just love having old stuff around me, I have tonns of WW2 stuff (nothing with swastikas on it) some helms, a WW1 bajonett (10$ at a yardsale, what a steal) and an old His Masters Voice grammophone that still works. Yeah I´m a history nerd :)

Banjo Kazooie was based upon Mario 64, i must say one of the very best clones ever!!!

For Galaxy: it looks like its a combination of those mini-levels in Mario Sunshine and the map-gameplay of Mario 64. It's maybe not that innovative as it may look but since i liked those mini-levels the most about Sunshine i am looking forward to it.

This is what i like about Nintendo, they aren't bragging around with 'Look out for it!!! Mario is returning this winter and it's going to be the best gameplay ever, and the best graphics, just hold on a little longer'. But they just release good to great games, and sometimes even astonish the world with a truly impressive one. (like Wii Sports, so simple, so free, so damn good)

I just finsihed watching the video... looks amazing... but i hope it doesn't get boring... because there are only 6 worlds, but theiir are 40 galaxies(which is loads), so was that level a World or a Galaxy within a world?

As the youtube posts say, 8.5 from Gamespot confirmed. ;)

I said it ones and I will say it again:

This is a true AAA title, a system seller, a killer app.

It truly could be the succesor to Super Mario 64. Hell, it looks even more interesting!

Does anyone else think this has the potential to knock somebody off the Top 10 list of every composite review site?

Personally I think it has a shot at #1...but I don't think quite as many people would be behind that.

That scene in Clerks 2 was amazing...probably the funniest scene hehe.
