Wow brilliant fanboy response of lol...because of course a price drop of 200 euros is nothing...it won't atleast double sales...i mean look at the 360 that just had a price drop of 50 euros, that small price drop doubled sales, so of course it's perfectly logical that a 200 euro price drop will infact do nothing...

Next week is the big week. If halo 3 does 400k worldwide and PS3 does it's usual 80k a week worldwide, halo 3 will officially be ahead of it. Probably last 2-3 weeks tops but still hilarious.

Wow, this is the ultimate humiliation for Sony.

I think that sometime around 3rd Quarter 2008, Sony will quietly and slowly withdraw support from its gaming division.

do you think microsoft has the balls to send out a press release stating that halo 3 has sold more copies worldwide in 3 weeks than PS3 has sold in 11 months?

It seems like something they might do, like when they had the boat with 360 loves you at the french ps3 launch or when they sent the 360 + several cases of beer that equal the cost of ps3 to review sites.

I think it would be funny.

Of course it will only last like 2 weeks.

How is it a humiliation?

A 60 dollar game from a heavily advertised and proven franchise vs. a 500 dollar console with lots of bad press release?

Is anyone really surprised by this?
