Well, the Joker has a completely new backstory in the Burton film, which to me screamed of people trying to change stuff from the comics for no reason. The major problems I have with that movie are with the Joker. I'm not sure how expensive Miller's stuff is now, as I have yet to buy his Batman stuff (I do have Ronin though, which is also good). Ever since then though, that's when Batman got back on a serious track. I'd also recommend The Killing Joke, The Long Halloween, Dark Victory, and Hush as well, as Alan Moore and Jeph Loeb are pretty good in their own right. A lot of those are probably pricey, but you should be able to find them at a library if you'd wanted to I'd imagine. I haven't tried anything by Grant Morrison yet, who's the most recent big name Batman writer, but I have RIP that I'll start soon, so we'll see how it goes.

Once I switch to getting plats from xbox.com this won't be a problem.  But, until then they will not show up unfortunately. 

I know it stinks, but to use xbox.com to figure out platinums today I would have to go to each person's "My Games" on xbox.com and extract the score from every game into a spreadsheet then sort the spreadsheet by games and score to see who is highest.  (More accurate) but since it is not automated, extract the scores for every game off of each person would take weeks.

My GamerCard makes it simpler as I just bring up each game, count the number of top people, and see if it matches what I already have for score and number of people.  If it doesn't match I flag it to be updated.  If it does I go to the next game.

Cool, if its way to much hassle for you to use xbox.com don't worry about. I'm sure everyone else in the league would probably agree. For me personally anyway i don't mind if i have a few platinums missing.

Well the new plat rules sure helped me out. Also, you fools need to buy Castlevania, what is everyone stupid or just cheap.  It is clearly one of the best XBLA games released in my opinion.  I've topped 12 hours so far and no sign of slowing down.  Really really good stuff.

@Recon, yeah I meant the comics more so than the Dark Knight movie.  There is nothing wrong with the Dark Knight movie at all except that Batman is the most boring part of the whole movie.  I don't think Miller's graphic novels would set you back more than 15 or 20 a piece.  I actually prefer getting the graphic novel to the run of comics.  I don't really follow batman I just read occasional series like Dark Knight Returns and Dark Knight Strikes Again,  Year 100, then whatever Infinity Crossover stuff DC did.

@themanwithnoname,  I've been wanting RIP and I've heard nothing but greatness about some of Moore's Joker stuff.  My comic budget has taken a hit lately though.  I'm actually the opposite with Miller, I've read the batman stuff but need to read his other stuff like Ronin and 300, Sin City.  Loved the movie for Sin City so I'm sure the books are great.  I'm interested in his take on Robocop and Wolverine as well.

Erikers and TheRedMessiah got obliterated by MGC recently.  It affects them most.  It was painful for me to remove the platinums for Erikers especially, as he went from over 30 downto 13.

136 games with between 10 and 20 owners.  It's a small community but I get the feeling we buy a lot of games.  I picked up a few plats but I'm pretty sure someone here had 900 plus on Ninja Blade.  Erikers or Mr. B maybe?  Can't believe Risen is a plat.  Some role-playing purists around here.  Any review saying 'old school' or 'no hand-holding' is like waving a red flag at a bull.     

AA is getting better or maybe I am and I'll watch DK tonight.  The artwork and character models are pretty amazing.  My fav is Poison Ivy because I am male.  Enough said.  Hope I don't have to kill her.  Struggling with stealth and combos as usual but this is a good game.  Longer than I expected.  I hate being led around by the nose or the Joker but they do give you a couple ways to deal and normal setting is doable.

JPL: I may be both but certainly cheap.  The only Castlevania I tried was all fixed cam. and I am just not used to it.  Never even did DMC.  Same reasoning for Limbo.  I'll read a review but I may not be your man on this one. 

In the games with 20 plus users that I was the only leader in, are you giving points to the second person?  I can tell you when I reload the games, whatever games you see me first in I was first in before my games got removed.  So I don't know if you want to just leave everybodys points or what if you gave them.  I guess you'd also end up giving me points again for games I had platinums on before with over 20 users which would be strange.
