There's no invitations and signals from the girl. The Jump between the Friends Ladder and the Real Ladder is solely based on the male's will.
She also has balls to quote herself instead of doing just an edit.

You forget the the Ladder Theory never covered marriage, so it's a grey area we need to look into. We can't look into the verses of Ladder Theory to find the definitive answer. We must translate the ideologies to fit into the canon of marriage. Come on man, you should know this.

I think that the ladder theory did not cover marriage because the ladder theory is a prologue to marriage. Quite simple, you either have sex before marriage, or you don't. If you have sex before marriage, a guy is already placed on the sex ladder so there isn't a problem. And if you don't have sex before marriage, for instance due to religion? Most religions still allow for self-choice in marriage. All women know that unless your a very unlucky bride, you'll end up having sex with him so the future partner will be placed on the sex ladder, the only difference is that he'll have to wait longer to get it.
The interesting section is arranged marriage. My guess is that if the bride has not yet fallen for another guy, she'll automaticly place the arranged groom on the sex ladder. It's the whole marriage ideal women have. Marriage is perfect, he'll take care of me, my protector, blah blah. Then sex is an automatic part of that.
I can only name one example where this did not hold true. German couple in a very strict religious region had an arranged marriage but they did not get any kids for years. When they went to the doctor, it turned out that the whole sex thing was foreign for them, no one ever told them about it.
