Okay, I know that signatures are kind of a problem, except for the disable sigs option, but what about the people who want to see sigs, but not interrupt the giant size of the threads?

That's why I suggest scrolling sigs. There should be a maximum size of space for a sig, but if it exceeds it, you can scroll down that specific sig and look at the rest of it. That way we can solve some size issues without annoying people who like big sigs. We can still have a size limit, but it will allow expansion for creative sig makers, but make threads a little less annoying.

That's a good way to annoy people using scroll wheels, as the truncated signatures will steal the focus if the pointer falls over them.

It's also rather unprofessional to expect users to change their browsing habits to get around bad design.

Correct me if I'm wrong but this site is database driven using PHP server side script, all that needs to be done is write a PHP script that would resize the sig's to a standard size and this would get around the problem.
