The sad thing though for the DS is the simplicity of downloading games. It makes it hard to justify taking the time to put on some clothes and walking to the store, yet alone paying for the game, when it takes less than 2 minutes to get any game on your ds for free. Having said that, this site is all about game sales, so i don't think people should be helping others in avoiding sales.
When it comes to music though, feel free to download as much as you like. It is sad that i can buy a 200 million dollar movie for $5 but that i have to pay up to $14 for a 3 year old cd which cost $50,000 to make.
Until the record industry gets off its high horse, i will even actively assist people to avoid paying for music. Because lets be honest, the best people in the music business are not in it for the money (and barely see any of it anyway)!!
