Exactly, and people think I'm weird for not caring for the single player in FPS. I usually play the campaign only for Achievements/trophies, unless there's a heavy focus on story.
Not a 360 fanboy, just a PS3 fanboy hater that likes putting them in their place ^.^
For me Portal has lot of replay value.
Ever bothered to finish all the challenges or the advanced levels ?
Well I did

Yep phoenix wright and apollo justice- incredible roller coaster rides but once is enough for me.
Add finaly fantasy 12 to the list too. Loved the game but i can't be bothered to replay it
Uncharted: Drakes Fortune.
If I wasn't a trophy whore, I'd only have played it once. Too linear.
Top would probably be Grim Fandango - one of the best games ever but of course once you've played it you know the solution to every puzzle.
Portal be another title. Once you've beat it you know all the puzzles, etc.
ICO and SOTC would be another two similar titles I suppose.
I've replayed them all more than once though, just to relive the experience they delivered.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
