Wii Fit is selling like 200k worldwide every week! I think the game will hit 15 million by the end of this generation. Halo 3 will have some huge lifetime sales also by the end of this generation.

I have both Halo 3 and Wii Fit ... so far I have put way more hours into Wii Fit than in Halo 3... (yes I do count my daily test as time spent but even without it edges it out...)
and I should really add the time my GF has spent on it too...

My wife exercises to some 3 mile walk DVD, and I think exercise DVDs are very popular with woman in general. I guess it's not shocking that once Wii fit caught on that it sold well.
Though I think it would do better with wireless shoe controlles then a balance board.

Congrats to Nintendo for making a product that appeals to such a wide variety of people. I picked it up myself at launch and Hoola-Hoops kicks my ass. 
What I am amazed at even more is the level of immaturity in this thread. Seriously, knocking on people because they like to play Halo 3 and calling it "sad" and telling them do something else instead? Even if those mentioned activities are of no interest to them? Or vice-versa, people knocking on WiiFit because it isn't "game"? Point is that these products are growing the industry we all know and love. Who care who sells more, just enjoy your games.
Some people need to grow up, seriously.
Once again, congrats to Nintendo and WiiFit.
