@BTFeather55, Nintendo doesn't have to ponder what games they should bring to the system. They have ton of IPs that they still haven't released. F-Zero is the main one I am waiting for but the list goes on. I'll let someone else spew the list out or perhaps you can think of some also.

55k for the first gay or two is just fine for a new, ultra-violent ip on the Wii.

I was about 30,000 too high, but its a fairly solid start, given the rather pathetic first week numbers for many games that currently sit happily on the Wii's Million-Seller list.

The only difference in this case is the lack of replay value, but the game is somewhat of an arcade game, so it may find its legs yet in that regard. High score get!

I love how I say NES and SNES games were great and you guys go and pick the worst games, talk about exaggeration.

Can't believe you guys are dissing two of the best systems ever to come out. Half of you guys keep asking for remakes of those games I listed. This is less of an argument and more of a flailing arms contest. You guys win.

@theprof00, we aren't dissing NES or SNES. We thought by your wording that you meant that there was barely any crap games on those systems when in actuality there were just as much or more than PS2/Wii etc. Whatever system that is on top gets the most crap games.

Who's dissing the NES and SNES? I'm just calling you out on a ludicrous statement. The NES and SNES are great. Hell the SNES is my favorite system. However there was tons of crap go along with the classics. Not every NES and SNES game was enjoyable. The cream of the crop from those systems are still fun to play even 10 or 20 years after the fact. However crap on the SNES and NES was worse than crap to today. Some of non classic games were just plain broken. For you to pretend like everything was pure heaven is the exaggeration.

      Yeah, but would you put out a hardcore futuristic racer on a system where games like Wii Play, Wii Fit, and Wii Sports are the kind of games that overwhelmingly attract the most amount of sales?  It's true that Mario Kart Wii (largely due to the cute characters) and  Super Smash Brother Brawl ( similarly but much less so, even though a superior game to Mario Kart Wii, its sales have been closer to those of Mario Galaxy ie. high but nothing earth shattering in comparison to the Wii's big 4 -- and when was the last time you saw Galaxy and Brawl getting Top 10 sales in any region?).
