1)Blu ray & games released on Blu Ray discs instead of a DVD.
2)Hard Drive: Its price freedom on the PS3. You can probaly get a 120GB hard drive for less than $100. A 120GB 360 Hard drive is over $100
I cant get into a techincal discussion cause I dont have logic in that area. But, I'll say this and I will leave it at that. I see a difference in PS3 exclusive games then Xbox 360 exclusive games. RE5 may look the same on PS3 and 360. However, I think KillZone 2 looks way better then RE5 on both systems and KillZone 2 looks way better then Halo 3 & Gears 2. Services, never tryed "live", but I think the online play that Sony offers on the PS3 is great and Home looks real intresting. I still havent see videos or people talking about a Home like clone on the 360.

It's 4 AM over here so I'm not looking for a lenghty discussion either. :p
Harddrive price probably nets the PS3 user 20-30 bucks or so per purchase - not exactly bad, but far from a dealmaker IMO. And while there is a difference between the HD systems in terms of graphics(the most overemphasized and -rated aspect of a game IMO, but that's another thing), the issue isn't whether there is a difference, but rather if the difference, along with PS3's other qualities, is enough to justify a purchase over the 360, it's cheaper price (Arcade), and its game and service selection, which IMO is still superior.
Thus, I agree that a 100$ price cut won't change all that much - like many people have already said, it might reverse the tide against the 360 for a while, but beyond that, zip - assuming that the price cut actually materializes in the first place.
And BTW, Live is arguably the best online console service available at the moment - We'll just have to see what difference Home can make when it's finally released.
