Lately it seems that Sackboy is  going the way of Crash and Sonic, I.e suffering from over exposure when LBP first came out Sackboy was (wrongly IMO) considered a rival for Mario. Sackboy is now attempting to establish himself as a Sony mascot to Rival Buzz, Kratos and all the other folks in the Sony stable.

Sackboy in his short existance has taken the time to cameo in other games such as Lumines Supernova, Everybody's Golf and the up coming Ragdoll Kung-Fu. Sackboy and LBP are also proving to be money spinners as every game and their pet dog wants to appear in LBP from MGS to Motorstorm to even Patapon.

Exactly how long will this go for and how many cameos will we have? Is it enough or not enough? Will it ever come to the day where Sackboy is looked upon as gaming equivalent of a prostitute? Or is the exposire being given in moderation?

Just wondering people's opinion on the matter.l

OT: I don't think the sackboy is overused as of yet. Sony is still trying to make him the de facto mascot. After he becomes that, then I think it's fair to judge. However, with the way Crash and Spyro were handled, I would not be surprised to see him greatly overused. But, if he's has great games..........does it really matter?

I know.  It's not like we're getting Sackboy tv shows yet, now are we? 

While at the doctor's office today I was reading through a parenting magazine.

They had an article about good games for your kids. They branched it into groups and in "Creativity" they had LittleBIGPlanet as the best game for kids 5+ and it had a big ass picture of Sackboy.

No way. Putting Sackboy in Hot Shots Golf is brilliant!
