just because they published it doesn't mean mean they own the rights, SE published Disgaea in PAL do they own the rights?? NO

I think he was referring to leo-j's comment. It would certainly apply to it, anyway.

if there was an exclusive contract then it would have to be changed enough to be considered a different game. same thing kinda with music you can have the same song tone by tone but if you change the beat its magically a different song

For some reason I thought the Sigmas weren't ports. I could be wrong about that though.

Have not taken the plunge on the 360 version even thou i can get it for 27.99 at amazon i was actually about to buy it soon ( love ninja gaiden =) ) , i will hold out now to see wich version is the one to get, i heard it will have that female ninja from DOA as a playable character ( i forget her name =p the one with purple hair ) so that seems like a good enough bonus to wait out if its worth it
