I have a black DSLite and I hate how it looks. Had to buy a skin for it.

I think the blue one looks ugly but too many electronics are black so I'll keep using my Lite until a third colour comes out. Actually, really I'm holding out until DSi Ware starts to get some really good titles.

I thought the big draw of a DSi is DSware. The DSi is supposed to be much higher spec'd than the DSlite and the only thing that's going to use that extra power is DSware. If you completely elminate the ability to use DSware, you have a slightly thinner DSlite with less battery life and a bigger screen.

It might be. But it is not for me. Now stop hating on the DSi I bought. And there are more options to DSi than just the ware stuff.
