No faith in the UK economy? Well it's probably past the point where Nintendo wanted to do something about it. Besides Nintendo are a very fiscally conservative company and will want to make its projections for its' share holders.

Im from the UK... and i dont have faith in the economy, Brown and Darling have practically shit on us. So yeah... i cant really blame Ninten"dough" for what they have done.

I hope you'll apply the same standard to all the companies which raised one or another price in the UK (including among others, Sony).

Just be glad that software prices haven't increased (not that I know of at least).

The UK prices have dropping significantly below mainland Europe prices and have not bounced back. Are you really that surprised they want to get the prices closer together again?

We might not be able to blame Gordon and his Darling for the global situation but the pound sinking like a brick CAN be blamed directly on them.

I won't blame Sony if they increase the PS3 price. I think it would be pretty stupid of them to do it though.

I'm amazed people are getting so uppity about the Wii. Just wait til Summer comes and you realise how expensive a holiday will be or maybe something slighlty more important like FOOD.

Instead of demanding Nintendo not increase the price maybe we should order the whole world to revert to last years exchange rate.
