This game seams awesome... Curse my country. It's cold, has flammable objects and get games late.

That is VGChartz LONGEST review. And it's NOT Cute Kitten DS

I guess I could just clear out some of the crops and grass: realistically, I don't need all that fodder yet, and I leave a half dozen crops unharvested just to get more runeys, so I definitely have the space...

EDIT!: Oh, and you should have access to a mower by now. The ghost from the lava ruins does that, I believe.

Actually, I've got a question for you guys: what weapon do you prefer? I went with one-handed sword, because it attacks quickly, but their relatively low attack power is really starting to show. Based on the stats it seems like rods are the way to go: is this true? For that matter, should I look more closely into spears/hammers/2-handers/axes?

use sword and make different magic staffs, sword is for quick hitters and veins blocking your way while magic hits for huge dmg on bosses.

Mix it up, eh? Sounds good. My magic skill blows right now, but with a bit of time I can easily bring it up. No love for the other meelee weapons then?

It IS awesome. If it's any consolation though, you guys get LKS first, so you'll have over a month to taunt me with that fact. Hope that helps!

before i goto sleep, if for some reason, i manage to have some hp and rp left, i'd just take out a staff and start whacking into thin air to raise my magic skills, works pretty well, and i suspect it will get better during the winter with lesser farming to do >=). 20 hours and i'm still on my first Fall lol.

Yes, I like making random people on the Internet feel bad.

Thanks for cheering me up.

You're going faster than I am. I've plunked down the same amount of hours, but I'm still in mid-summer.

Oh, and in my last post I edited in where you can find a monster that mows grass (you should already have access to that dungeon). Don't look if you don't want the spoiler, though!

Care for some minor spoilers there too?

Defeat the boss of the first dungeon. Then go to the Mountain Path. Halfway up the path you'll find a tree with a hole in it. Put a Rune Stone (Tree only?) in the hole, and the next day the path will be open.

AXE gets the job done for me as long as I stick with the charge attack.

Mage is good for storm stump clearing but is way too slow to clear a disaster zone. I want a watering monster...

Thank you noname... I havent gotten Cin yet, what season is she?

I'm Unamerica and you can too.

You can get her in Spring. Just keep talking to the old man who moved into the clock tower, Kanno. After a few days, he'll be inside the tower. Talk to him and he'll say he invited his granddaughters over. When you step outside you'll run into Cinnamon and her little sister, Candy. Minor spoiler about Candy coming up.

Note: Candy is also how you get the harvester, which lets you get runeys+ products from some of your monsters (milk, eggs, etc.)

Im not sure how I feel about this. Its a bit too open ended for my taste. I really prefer linear experiences.

Anyways its my first type of harvest moonish title so it different I gotta get used to it.
