no, PS4 is comming, when we don't know, what it'll use of its internals is already being debated, but I think it's safe to say that it'll use the more power version of cell which is CELL 2 along with more SPU cores, a crap load more ram and an Nvidia graphics chip so as to maintain backward computability, and not to mention a blu-ray drive with x8 speed, and an ability to read those 400GB discs, in the event that something actually uses that much, and of course a standard hard drive, most likely 100GB+.
so all in all it's doable at a much cheaper price than the PS3 was, cuz if they go with what i said, the components will be already cheap as they are already on the market, there's nothing new to push, unlike CELL and blu-ray on the PS3.
