I cant see how they will ruin the franchise when invisible war already did that. Deus Ex is my all time greatest game so i will give it a chance regardless although i didn't mind invisible war and snowblind (yea OK not officially part of the Deus Ex world but come on) but they moved to far away from what made Deus Ex such an all time great game. By the by i played it on PC, still would if it would run right on XP but for some reason it doesn't. Played all endings.

786_ali, do your homework, Invisible war was made with the xbox in mind and really hurt the game. As i said, it was not a bad game until you compare it with its older brother

Thank you for your consideration. Doesn't change the fact consoles have dumbed down gaming and the dseing choices in Deus Ex 3 are a perfect example of it.

I dunno....If you would give me some proof from a parallel universe, where Deus Ex 3 is PC exclusive and totally different (better) than the multiplat DE3 here, I might believe you.

Compare Deus Ex 1 and 2. There's your proof.

That's a proof for bad design choice = inferior game. What does the consoles have to do with this ?

Was Half Life 2 Episode 2 dumped down ? I don't think so.

Half Life 2 Episode 2 also was released on PC before it wasa on consoles. It was ported cheaply to consoles. And good that you bring it up. Compare that to other shooters designed around consoles.

Deus Ex is my favorite game of all time, but the sequel was quite dissapointing... So I don't want to get too excited about this one

It was designed for the PC first and foremost and they got a small team of lik 4-5 people to mak it compatible with the 360 because it's so easy to go PC-> 360. The whole design process thogh was done for the PC and that makes the whole difference. They kept their focus on the PC gamers not the console ones.
