Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo fans only - Are you happy with Nintendo's First Party offerings?

I think Nintendos' badly paced schedule is due to them TRYING to give 3rd parties a window to release QUALiTY games.

After all they bitched about "We can't compete with Nintendo Games" well there hasn't been any decent Nintendo game competition for months.

In general I am happy with Nintendo, but pissed of with 3rd parties who always seem to find excuses for not producing quality games.

SEGA will be the ONLY one that benefits, with Madworld, and Conduit being published by them.

I think others have missed the boat, and we will see Nintendo titles that will shadow those gmaes down because the marketing departmnet of 3rd parties doesn't have a clue what their own management is saying.

What I am extremely pissed off at is that we haven't had a proper Luigi's Mansion sequel on the Wii. I have a fiery hate in my heart for Nintendo over this, and it will only be calmed once they finally announce the game.

Sorry, had to.

No.

These are the best days for gaming (and I mean REAL gaming, not interactive fiction) since NES and Gameboy.

PC + Wii owners unite.  Our last-gen dying platforms have access to nearly every 90+ rated game this gen.  Building a PC that visually outperforms PS360 is cheap and easy.    Oct 7th 2010 predictions (made Dec 17th '08)

Wii: 10^8

Not at all.

My Games of 2011:

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Super Mario 3D Land

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception

No, not at all.

Its mixed, sometimes they drop stellar games and other times it seems they're trying to make a quick buck.
But you can say the same about pretty much any other game company, more or less.
